Yoga-Inspired Strength and Recovery for Runners by Runners 

Group Classes

My group classes focus on strength building and recovery for runners (and anybody who likes or needs to move). Rest & Restore classes combine breath work, myofascial release, gentle movements and deep stretches to aid in the recovery process. Stretch & Strengthen "cross training" classes combine breath work, core and strength building, single-leg balance work, and traditional yoga poses to build strength and increase mobility. The ultimate goal of all of my classes is to improve performance and prevent injury. My classes welcome all runners and yogis of ALL LEVELS.

Workshops & Events

Are you a coach or member of a running group? Would you be interested in offering a workshop, a series of classes, or a running/yoga social for your team? I would love to lead your group and help educate your runners in a yoga session (or series of sessions). 

I work with adults, teens, and young runners, and offer summer youth running clinics with Fair Lawn NJ's Fair Lawn Front Runners.

Run Yoga Run offers strength-building and recovery yoga sessions for runners and yogis of all levels. These sessions are designed to supplement a runner's training. 

I also host clinics, workshops, and social events that combine running, yoga, and other fun activities to educate and bring people together! Contact me if you would like to set up a workshop.
