My group classes focus on strength building and recovery for runners (and anybody who likes or needs to move). Rest & Restore classes combine breath work, myofascial release, gentle movements and deep stretches to aid in the recovery process. Stretch & Strengthen "cross training" classes combine breath work, core and strength building, single-leg balance work, and traditional yoga poses to build strength and increase mobility. The ultimate goal of all of my classes is to improve performance and prevent injury. My classes welcome all runners and yogis of ALL LEVELS.

Whether you're new to running or returning for more, Run & Recover offers the perfect balance of movement, form, and restoration. Each session begins with a brief running technique tutorial, followed by a short, all-levels run—ideal for beginners, seasoned runners in recovery mode, or anyone looking to build confidence. We’ll then transition into a yoga practice designed to support and enhance your running: expect targeted strength work, deep stretching, mobility exercises, and alignment-focused movement to keep your body healthy and injury-free.
Go at your own pace, build strength and awareness, and connect with a like-minded community.

Join us Wednesday evenings from 6:30–7:30 PM in July and August at Sasso Field in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, for an exciting youth running series!
Each session includes:
A dynamic warm-up

A proper cool down
Our experienced coaches will also teach proper running form to help young athletes improve their performance—whether they run track, play soccer, or enjoy any other sport. All fitness levels are welcome!

Workshop includes:
45 minutes of warm ups, running drills focused on mechanics and form, and a short run applying what we’ve learned
45 minutes of stretching and mobility exercises, focusing on a different area of the body each week
Breath exercises to increase breath capacity and facilitate recovery
Simple drills and stretches to do on your own
